Hot Rods Any Mankato MN HAMBers here? Need a favor.

I'mm looking at buying a 1940 Ford standard coupe from Unique Specialties in Mankat MN. I have a deposit on the car and was wondering if any local hot rodders have seen the car in person or could? I'd make it worth you while. We are talkin' a good amount of cash here, and just want to be sure of what I am getting. I have lots of pics of all sides, and the one partner seems like a legit guy. there are a few guys from Mankato on here ,so if no one else volunteers i'm about 40 miles away...i could do it next week

 

I'm an hour north but i'm not working and have a lot free time. If nobody else can i'll do it.

 

I am only 5 miles from uniques. What do you need someone to look at? Just someone to take pics? I am into vw's so don't know a ton about old american cars but could look it over. Pm me if you want

I actually live right next to Unique. If I can track down a digital camera I would be happy to get some pictures for you.

And for what it is worth, Unique seems to be a very legit place from what I've seen. I love driving past there every day and seeing a bunch of sweet classics sitting on the lot.

 

You'll see my Old 42 Willys sedan, and my old 47 Ford coupe there pretty soon , like monday or tues, then my $0 will be on it's way to me. So excited, just like a new dad!!

 

That's a good looking coupe Just don't get any better than a black 40 Ford.
