Folks Of Interest O/T East Perth, Australia, any HAMBers?

mmmmm pissup, Aussie party with beer.
There is another AFL Side out of Perth but I cant remember who they are at this minute. Heres some history on the Eagles.Not bad for a club only 22 years old.

I've already started exploring using Google street level, I'm guessing it gets reallllly dry there.

Hello from another Perth HAMBer. All good advice so far.

If you'd prefer to be near the beach, then there are plenty of choices. Perth basically spreads north-south along the coast, so there are plenty of places within 15min of the beach.

I'm a bit biased, but I'd definitely recommend 'North of the River' as the beaches are nicer and the access to the beach is usually, point the car west and keep driving until you hit the beach.

Public transport isn't as prolific as it should be. From where I live, buses only come past about every 30min, but then it's a quick train ride into the city.

If you want a house with a bit of space and decent shed, then look around places like Warwick, Carine, Duncraig.

Don't look around Scarborough and Trigg, only wankers (another word you'll have to learn to use) live around there, eh panhead pete?

 

I am familiar with the word and the intent. I'll look into wanker-free zones....
