Lone Star Roundup for the atmosphere and plain old good times.

GNRS for the quality of cars.

And Bonneville because it's the most memorable time in my life concerning cars.

Favarite local show was the HCCA Fall Meet here in ridgefield, it ended in 1995. Stone stock PRE 1943 cars and trucks & motorcycles, it as great 220-250 cars every year. Road Agents Meet in East Hartford was a Classic too, I like year cutoffs.

My favorite has to be the old "World of Wheels" car show. The first time I went was with my dad in 1966. It was at the old Pan Pacific auditorium in Los Angeles. It continued there for many years and even took a turn to go to the old L.A.sports Arena. How many of you fellow Angelinos remember those shows?! I was 6 at that first one. I about shit myself with the Barris, Winfield, Roth, Watson etc. etc. etc.......showcars. Just F'in awesome, specially at 6!!! God bless all of us who continue the fine work on the early iron!
