hey guys , I have a 53 chevy with m2 disk brakes in the front and drum in the rear. I need to run some brake lines. what size brake lines should I run? I am also running a booster if that make a difference. Guys have been telling me both 3/16 and 1/2. anyone?

3/16 should do just fine. I've been working on cars for over 40 years and have never seen a 1/2 brake line. If I would you I would ignore any more advice from the people who said 1/2.

    3/16

Some of the earlier cars had 1/4 stock but for modern systems 3/16 is the way to go.

Tell the guys that told you 1/2 to give up the dope....thoughts are much clearer!
