I have a new age motorsports 32 3-window body which I think is very nice. The lines are great and the quality is very good. The only problem that I had with them was the fact that they were slow. It took me a lot longer than they said to get the body. I think that it was worth the wait. Check my pics.:D

I don't know where to get one cheaper, but the ones I have seen are really nice for a FG car. The quality is excellent and they have drip rails like the real ones not molded in like most. A real deal is quite expensive as you know.

I don't know if it's the mounting of the grille shell or what but the proportions on that car look very strange from the front view.

  11. The grill shell is chopped so the proportions are different than what you would normally see.

    Yuck.

oh, I crawled all over the New Age coupe body at a NSRA show.
It looked very nice. But sounded like the long wait game.

The shop is about 45 minutes away from me, stopped in this past summer. Nice guy, product looked very nice and they build nice ch***is. They offer an American Graffiti style clone kit that is what the bronze car in the above post is I believe. When I get the funds to build the ch***is for my '30 Roadster they will be building it. This is a small two man shop, without a lot of open space, quality and speed never mix, so I'd plan on things taking a while.

    I wasn't slammin' them 37kid.
If I lived close I would buy a body just to build a spec car for fun.

But I would use a full height 32 grill shell for sure !

At one point I was looking at a gl*** body. I checked out several and theirs was the best one I could find.

Yes, I have a friend in maryland that has one of the last flatlander bodys and he was told the molds were going to new age. I looked at their bodys also if its the same molds they done a TON of work on them. Pretty well built.

I'm not a 'gl*** body kinda guy, but Bebops has the best one I've seen/worked on. Very close to "scuff and shoot", unlike most of the "cheap" bodies. If you pay $5-600 less for one, but have to put $2000 worth of time into finishing it... kinda takes the joy out of it for me. Not saying that Bebops stuff is expensive either, just re-iterating that you usually get what ya pay for.

I have a New Age Body and the quality is great. Only one I've seen on the market with the original drip rails.

I talked to Pete (BeBops) at Pigeon Forge when he was set up at the Shades of the Past show,,,my fellow club member Ed bought a 3 window body from him and they had the 5 window body on display.

The firewall is not done as nicely or corre ctly as the New Age body,,,but they can offer it with a drip rail or a gutter,,like the original body.

Currently the 5 window BeBops body is only offered in a chop but he is talking about a unchopped version,,HRP
