I'm thinking more like Milk Chocolate. It looks like a candy bar now. lol Crunchy Chevy shell with a nougaty Leopard Print center. Don't get me wrong, it looks very well done, it's just that brown ain't a color I yearn to see on an automobile. The lace looks good though. That's tough to do on panel with that much crown.
DUDE...F@CKIN right on bro...nice job!! I wasnt feeling the whole vibe when it was blue but gawd damn that **** is proper now...
Wow what a difference!! I liked the blue.. but knew it needed white walls! Cool color, not a color scheme you see everyday....Mine is getting a color change this weekend too!! Nice job....Cj
looks good man, ive been watchin this one for awhile. i remember seein the video on youtube seems like years ago. cool to see that you are stickin with it. thought for awhile lace was starting to be over done but it works well on yours.
Thanks guys. I picked up a visor for it, but its got the side mounting tabs cut off. I am going to make some new mounts for it and see how it looks. It may look amazing, or it may look like ****. We shall see. I got some skirts also that may or may not make it onto the car.
Well I painted and installed the visor. I am going to redo it though because I faded in an edge on the lace to see how it looks and I like it better without. Here are the pics with the faded in edge, as you can see it doesnt match the roof very well. I;ll probably pull it off and repaint it tomorrow.
I would ditch the visor all together and have a subtle scallop pinstriped in on the top of the front fenders that maybe goes around the headlight. Pretty steller looking car though.
I know alot of guys don't dig visors on custom cars. On an unchopped car I think they look good. On chopped cars the detract from the look of the car. I say keep it. I would ad scallops also but I'm biased. Todd
I love brown... and I love that when you tell someone you want to paint your car brown they look at you like you're a retard. Nice work.
