Can you tell me what this dash is from?

this dash was in my 29 roadster, i know its not factory, and i was wondering if any of you would recognize it. thanks

Not sure, but are you pulling it out for good? It would be cool in a roadster.

 

i'm keeping it in it, i think im gonna fill in the top portion of the center cut out and put an old coke br*** bottle opener on it. it is too well made to not be a factory piece, i just cant figure out what it came from. should be pre 1944. my granddad bought it in the late 40's and never changed anything, and there was a los angeles times from 44 in the door, so im ***uming it was changed then

 

anyone else have an idea?

Maybe a Nash. Some of them had clocks in the glove compartment door.

there were well over 1000 U.S. and canadian automakers in the early parts of the (last) century, many of which only produced a few cars. It's possible you may never find out... I'm interested to know seeing as it's been here for over a month and nobody's recognized it...

 

Here's a picture of a dash in a '35 Buick that has enough family resemblance to make me wonder if yours could be from a 32 or '33
