I myself was looking for a manifold. Found one in a yard. Just be careful these on the buick 8's were known for cracking. Good luck looking. Did ya post in the wanted adds section?
Obviously you kept the Buick. Good for you. I googled "straight eight buick exaust manifold" and alot of info came up. Some related, some not so much. All very interesting. I hasd a 49 special and it was an extremly cool car. 1993, a dude in a Viper gave me thumbs up. I figgered that about said it all.
Keep in mind that only the 320 in the Roadmaster uses that particular manifold, the other straight 8 manifolds are different and do not interchange. I know because the one on my Dad's 52 Roadmaster is cracked and we're just running it because no replacement can be found. I'm sure they're out there, but they are few and far between.
The manifold is in three sections. A repo center section is available from antique Buick partsd dealers.

how bad is it? post a pic if you can. i have a guy that specializes in welding cast. he fixes all the stuff for the lemay museum and has for year. larry at "all cast" 253 531 7711 10720 s. yakima. he welds up gear boxes for me without fail and to replace them is 50k! i personally have braised up countless ones. if you come to hamb&eggs on the 25th bring it along it might be simple repair.
Everyone who's seen it says it's not repairable by any means. It broke in a few pieces when I pulled it off and I'm not talking about the slip joints. It had cracks going all the way around the were only staying together because it was bolted on. It's pretty far gone. We're gonna make a set of headers for it. Just still kinda looking into options. It would be nice to have one still.
Good choice on keeping the Buick. That's one sweet ride! Don't let anyone tell you "it can't be fixed". I work with people that have taken on projects just for that reason. Love to prove them wrong!
I don't think Buick World is open any more. You can get new ones from Bob's Automobilia: http://www.bobsautomobilia.com/cgi-bin/shop.pl/SID=1256142365.19931/page=category.html/category=33 Here are some places to try for used ones: NOS and used Buick (and others) parts: The Buick Farm PO Box 384 Clayton, DE 19938 www.buickfarm.com Automobile Archives 1440 Sherman Lake Road Lino Lakes, MN 55038-4617 651-765-0888 701-274-8873 (fax) www.automobilearchives.com CARs, Inc. 205 Pearl St Neshanic Station, NJ 08853 908-369-3666 http://www.oldbuickparts.com Antique Auto Supply 1225 Colorado Ln. The '52 Roadmaster used a 4bbl carb, but any intake that fits the 320 is interchangeable. I don't think Bob's Automobilia has a center section that will fit a '52 with the 4bbl, but the front and rear sections might fit. Unfortunately it is usually the center section that cracks first.
Contact Dave at Aluminum Head welding in Auburn he's just north of the airport. I've seen him fix parts other people swore could not be fixed. His number is (253)740-3342
buick world is no more. keith bingham in covington used to have a lot, but he's more into trim items and lenses now. i may have one that's not perfect for a '49 roady at home. maybe. do you need all 3 sections?
