Rolling Bones style....actually I think I already mentioned that somewhere on here...and I don't get twitter....

And yes, purchasing a t-shirt comes with one free answer, however that answer is not guaranteed to be correct.

It amazes me that everyone is suddenly interested in a project that I haven't really touched in months. ha ha ha

I bobbed the frame horns and pinched the frame since then. The other awesome cell phone pic shows the front end that way. I don't have the grille/radiator put together yet so I can't get it all to stay together in "super mock up mode"TM for a pic.

All I need is a month straight to work on it and I should have it all together. I think after my new garage is built in September I will get back on it. I want to have it done for Detroit.

Mike, is this your sneaky way of telling me to get my rat rod out of here in hopes that all of the other ratz will follow me?;)

What did you use for the replacement roof? I have a '29 Essex Coupe that needs something? You are one amazing metal smith. Perley

The roof came from a 46 ford sedan and then I cut the center out and put in a flatter 59 Plymouth roof. Trust me, there is no amazing metal work on this car. It would take plenty of mud to make it nice.

It isnt that we are suddenly interested, I'm sure I'm not the only one subscribed to this thread and hadn't seen anything new for awhile :D

With that chop, the vicky body and the mock up pics with the full hood, that is going to be one bad ass ride.

Just something about what you have done with that body is really bad ass looking.

Well, most Vickies just receive a "cutesy" 1.5 or 2 inch chop and get full fenders. I don't think I have ever seen one chopped this much.....

I don't know about the welds, but I am going to leave the dents for that very reason. I don't think the Downs bodies are chopped this much though.

And the fact that you built the Atomic Punk should be evidence enough that you don't fuck around with glass. Ummm....why is it that I didn't let you work you magic on the 5 window?????? Shit, I would have bought 2 shirts for that kind of work.:D:D:D

Will your head clear the roof? I see you sitting on the floor unless you are 4 feet tall.

    Still, mean chop man!

I did start working on the car again this weekend and got the hood and radiator half ass mounted in it. Then I continued on with my grinding and welding. First I ran out of beer, then I ran out of Argon. All I have is a crappy cell phone pic. ha ha ha

I thought it would be at least a week before I felt like drinking again after my trip to L.A., Turns out it was only 6 days!
