I know that Model A patch panels have been discussed before but I'd like to find a supplier of stamped rather then bead rolled patch panels, Is there anyone out there stamping them? I talked with Brookville and they told me that the patches they sell are bead rolled. I know I'm not going to find the perfect patch panel, I just want something that is pretty close. I'm after the lower panels between the doors and the wheel wells on my 29 Roadster.
I got a set of patch panels for my 29 Pk Up doors. They came from Howell's Sheetmetal. in Beaumont, Tx. I don't know if they were stamped, but they fit well and they make a lot of stuff. Iceman
I bought a back of the cab panel for my 34 pickup from a place out of Vermont. It isn't even close to fitting. All the formed ribs are the wrong size. Not even sure I can cut it up to make it work.I would avoid anything out of Vt.Don't remember the vendor because I lost the paperwork.
Has anyone used the 28-29 Roadster quarter panel patch From Brattons? I checked their website and it says that this patch panel is die-stamped.
Was just on the Howells website, another site that will be filed in the favorites. Its a body candy store.
Anyone familiar with a guy named Engler in Ohio that makes patch panels? Good or bad. How about a telephone number?
Just curious, is there a difference? If shouldn't matter how they are formed, if they fit and work; they should be fine.
