Headed out early this morning to see what I could blow my money on at the swap meet...I was quite successful, down to my last dollar. Got a new tailgate and T5 for the rpu. A few lug nuts and a bunch of roloc discs. Snapped a few pics while I was there.

Spotted Guymon looking for a parking spot...

Then headed north to the Kustom Kemps show. It was pretty decent. I hadn't been since '04, and think I really like the old location better though...it was more cozy. Still, good show.

It's called "Telstar" but I like Kustom7777's better.

Good photos of a lot of cars that I'd like to see. Looks like the weather was in your favor too. Thanks for posting.

It severely violates my personal rule of not putting parts on a car that are older than the car itself...'60 Merc grill, wide whites and flipper hubcaps...but for a '68/9 (?) ranchero, it's not bad.

Nice pic's, looks like a good day for a car show. Really like your Olds, that has always been one of my favorite body styles and you just don't see many of them. Gary

It was at the Autorama back in Feb., but this is only the 2nd time I've seen it, and it is verrry well done!!

As I was standing there waiting for people to get out of the way so I could get a picture or two of it, this rather haggard looking woman turns to me and says "looks like it oughtta be pulled behind a bunch of horses, don't it?" Haha, yes ma'am it does.....

there was man. that last set we played there was one back over behind us to my right. it cruised through a parking lot and then rolled out. bad *** donk. it was more of a custom donk not a traditional donk or "ratdonk" as some of these turkeys call it.

thanks for being my #1 fan. also i told you that was my dad.

The show was awsome this year and the drags made it a whole lot better!! Next year I'm bringin something to race hopefully. We had fun the whole weekend it was cool to see old friends again. And for the motel room that had their window open on the second floor MY bad I missed! You would have had to been there to know what I'm talking about.

I shot some pics and got some video but the video was with my camcorder so I gotta figure out how to get it on to the computer from a vhs. I'll post them soon.

  30. Looks like a mid seventies Ford truck put to some use. I have always thought the body line was too good to waste on that kind of vehicle.
