There's still a bunch of 35/36 Chevy Masters out there but not much goin on with the sharin of info. Yeah, yeah I heard it already, termite buffet, etc, etc, but it's real American steel and there's a lot of folks who have real experience with these cars. I have pulled together some reprints of manuals but there's got to be more...like frame dimensions (so I can get the IFS located correctly), and info about replacing the wood with steel in the doors and floor. If anyone has data they've collected I'd be happy to compile it and make it available.

    Hey Charlie,

I've been told that a Chevy Barn type online message board is
up and runnin', but don't know anything more-

The mid-decade Chevrolets were some of the best lookin' vehicles
to come outa the thirties, but oh, those Fisher bodies!

Thanks guys. The scanned manual has truck frame dimensions but nothing for the cars. The Kugel IFS looks good, in fact that magazine spread was done right up the road from me. I have an email in with Kugel to see what they've got.
john56h, there's a guy with a 35 master fordor sedan for sale up in LA on ebay. He hasn't any bids at $900. The fenders look pretty good on it, I'm thinking it may be worth the $900 just for parts.
pimpin, I have seen that Chevybarn (at least the beginnings of it) it's still getting it's legs. Could be good if it gets as much steam as the Fordbarn site.
I have the service manual and parts manuals for these vintage Chevys if you need anything shoot me a PM.

I would not follow this thread it died 1-1/2 years ago.

However if you do a search there is a fair bit of info to be had.
