Hello my name is Tony, what you're looking at is 74 Brockway 361 survivor from the crusher. It is sitting on a 1968 Chevy three-quarter ton step side pickup. With a 292 six-cylinder and a five-speed Borg-Warner transmission. It is one of my latest projects. I also have a 31 Chevy 5 Window Coupe Street rod and a 29 Ford model A Briggs body street Rod and a 55 Chevy two door Belair done up real nice
That Brockway is butt ugly. But I respect the fact that you put time, energy and love in to it to save it from getting recycled in to a Honda. Looks like you did a hell of a job.
Its something about that Brockway how much attention it gets. No matter where I go somebody has something to say about it. Remember that used to be a tractor. Downsizing it to a pickup and keeping the look of the Brockway image has won me People's choice award at one of the biggest car shows here in Florida in the pickup division. The most fun I have whit it is when I take my wife grocery shopping. And somebody will come over to me and say I used to drive a Brockway 50 years ago or 30 years ago. And seeing the excitement on an old timer face and him reminiscing his days of driving a tractor trailer
My wife said. I have too many cars. So something has to go. These are the two cars I let go last year. I am still crying over them the Bentley was a looker
