F100 Suspension Lowering ?

    Planning to lower my '64 F100 and looking for the best way to go about it. Just noticed one listed for sale that said he moved the springs under the axle front and rear. That was my first idea but it looks like the tie rod would be in the way? Didn't ask him since he's trying to sell and not give tech advice.

    Do a search there is tons of info on lowering F100's on here

    nope the tie rods not in the way.

    but unless u
    a raise the steering box
    b make an adjustable one
    c heat n bend it

    ull get some bump steer

    Thanks guys. I guess had I done a little better searching I would have found malkintent's thread he's recently posted...in great detail. Looks like the way to go.
