  5. ok there's a 59 Galaxie at my local junk-yard and everytime i go there i wish i had the money to rescue the damn thing.. gonna go by there tomorrow and try to get pics for you fellow 59 lovers.. the last time i looked at it, it was complete minus engine and ******...

    look for the gl*** company on ebay...I bought a lot of gl*** from them...at VERY good prices...somewhere way up north...was it Minnesota?

    i do have one still in the car but the shipping is a pain either ebay or try vintage gl*** or auto citygl*** i think it is. around $350 to $400 plus about $175 for shipping new

    are you going to the turkey run or any other big swap meets ? i do have a wagon parts car and one or two from cars i junked. do you just need a core or a daily driver piece? let me know and i will check the quality

    Not planning on going to any of those.................Looking for astraight one, that may have the potential for rechroming, somewhere down the line.......

    ZED, Those models are fantastic, I just got my Kustoms Illustrated two days ago
    and was amazed. I particularly enjoy your cars because I have full size ones (my 59 is a ragtop).

    I had a Fairlene 500 with the Edsel/Mercury hardtop which is rare compared to the Galaxie.
