I have just gotten my new website at www.Mercurycharlie.com up and going! It has info about the shop, the crew, and we are now selling shirts and stuff. Its real easy! You can check out the curent projects in the shop, and the random cars that come in and say hi. Events are covered here too, like the Gene Winfield cl***, and my Hotrods and Honeys shows. One of the great features I like are a private galleries for clients to look at the progress of the build. These galleries are p***word protected for clients only and photos are updated everyother day. Its all about service right!? head on over to www.mercurycharlie.com and have a look!
Nice having a new site aye. But sorry Charlie. The purple text on black background is not working for me. I can't read the text at all. A different font against black background is needed as well. Love the car pics ... and the "honeys" .. lol Cheers .
Thanks for the words guys, Ill work on getting the colors more readable. and finding a better text, it is kind of thin and boring. keep checkin back itll just get better!
Congrats Charlie, on the new web site and the thriving business. Hard to believe you were doing all of this out of your garage just a few short years ago. Seems like it was just like week that I had my "new" coupe pulled up in your yard and you were showing me how to use the Uni-Syn on my old leaky 94's. It's been almost 10 years!
AAHHHH Those pictures of Nadine is pure Kustom ****....Kool site and it is on my favorites list. Happy Trails, Mick
The pics in the slide shows look too dark. Maybe lose the slide show feature and just go to click on pics instead.
Thanks everybody! Kickstart, which slide show looks dark? if its the one of nadine at the begining of the site, the first shots ARE dark, these are the magazine shots. they are shot to show off certain parts of the car, not everything in the photo. what else do you think is dark? anything in the projects and events tab?
Looks great. The Nadine slides are some of the best photography I've ever seen. Proof the text in the bios. I did see several errors.
Thanks! Got it proofed, and looking good. Thanks about the photography, its not hard to shoot Nadine, she lights up just like a model!!!!
Just NOW checked out this gig and your new site, nice job my friend. And the pics of that killer weekend we had with Gene Winfield, I wanna spread some LEAD, and have him tell me what to do some more! Thank's for the gift of that weekend Charlie, and what you give to many, all the time. Remember that forged piece I created, poured the casts in Bronze and Aluminum at the University's Foundry the other night, success, I think. Gene's treat will be heading his way after critiques, and I have one for you too. Will come up for air when school lets out in December. See you soon, maybe at Bobby's show, (HONKY) November 20th. Much love. S
