Falcon Hotrods? - Subframe & conversion tips Please.

Tons of parts exist to convert Falcons to V8s and they're far cooler cars when done than any Mustang. I'd love to gut a 5.0 Mustang and give the pieces to a deserving Falcon, Comet, Meteor or Fairlane - but then I realized that I actually have a ton of Chevy stuff and virtually nothing Ford. Go get 'em, and don't be afraind of the I-6 cars!

What kind of tire clearance do you have in the rear? I had a 62 tudor in high school, and I put in an 8" in it. I can't remember if it was Maverick or Mustang, but tires were tight......BTW, your car looks killer with the torque thrusts on it....

tire clearance is very tight.


I had to roll the fender lip in. Pound down the inner wheel well areas that had high spots
