I went to the Good Guys event today in Charlotte NC. There were plenty of sweet rides there. The place was filling up fast. Here are some pics I took that caught my eye.

Just got back from the Friday Night Drags across the street at ZMAX. "Poverty Stricken" Nostalgia F/C ran a 5.99 at 242 mph. Great show. On a sad note Bob Reed crashed his SS/A Hemi Cuda and really tore it up. He thinks he broke his left foot but would not let the emergency crew take him to a nearby hospital. He told me it was his first crash since 1967. Reed has been drag racing as long as I have been going to drag races, about 48 years. I don't think he is done yet.
