The AA truck 4-speeds are not for p***enger cars. All the old truck 4-speeds are granny boxes, stump-puller first gear and top speed of 35-50 MPH depending on rear end ratio and tire size.

  3. man that olds(on its p***enger side) is a shame i bet that whole side is rotted beyond help ive allways liked the oldsmobiles from 55-57

They didn't trade much in did they? Looks like they ran the **** out of 'em.

Those tractor steering wheels are good to put on a bead roller. If there is a loose one about.

That will be a whole summer job digging it all out. Instead of killing yourself trying to get it all yourself, you ought to concentrate on getting out what you want personally. Then see if you can find new owners for the rest and let them dig 'em out.

The only one I saw is in post #22

I'm not sure how the owner is with new people? I'm in there by luck I guess. My Dad went to shcool with the guy 30 years ago and then metagain at an auction earlier this summer. I'll get what I want, Then we'llsee about the rest.

I liked those too. There sure seems to ba alot of extra chrome on it for a
more-door. I'm curious to get under the hood.........

My bad, I have to pay, its not free.

Thanks for all the intrest guys & gals.

If you intend to pull out whole cars, go out now and jack them up out of the dirt and rest them on some lumber(2x4's, whatever). That way they will freeze to the wood instead of the ground and you can remove them anytime all winter. Good luck, Mike

I plan on getting the pedals, sterring, and front end for sure. They'll go nicely in the garage.

Sorry to everyone that wanted/needed parts. I accept all responibility for being lazy.

Just for funn here are pics things that are gone forever.... Soon to be part of that

So, if I read this right: You got a great find of vintage tin. All you could haul out, gratis, but the guy wanted his place cleaned up. You kept it to yourself, but never got the ambition to actually go get anything - DESPITE having offers of help from here on the HAMB. Now the best stuff is crushed, and you're reminding us of it. Jeez - ****in' congratulations.

You are a lucky duck! Merry Xmas to you huh??!!!

Here is the plan. I'm gonna make you rich if you follow these simple steps:
    Recover the vehicles
Rent an old splintery barn or garage overloaded with useless ****
One at a time put the recovered vehicles in said barn/garage
Take some pics, drag it out, then sell them for 3x what you could have just drug out of the woods.

    You owe me, Amigo!
