WD-40 is an oil itself and will leave it's own oil spot.

take a couple sheets of newspaper..spread them out maybe 1 to 2 sheets thick covering the stain.pour just enough water on them to soak them pretty good and then leave alone till the paper is dry ...you may have to try a coupla of times .just be sure that when you wet the paper you run your hand over to make sure it's sticking to the floor

I agree with the Muriatic acid..Used it hundreds of times and never did it pit the concrete..Worst its done is made the spot a little lighter shade than the rest!

Kitty litter followed by bleach or detergent. Sometimes white vinegar helps as well.

I agree with choprods, clean floors mean nothing ever happens in the garage. Instead of drip pans I go to the local carpet store and they give me all the outdated carpet samples I can handle. The are about 18"X30". Slide 'em under the offending dripper and throw them away when the get too much oil on them. They come in colors to match your decore if your gay.

I left an oil stain on my driveway all summer once. I spilled about half a quart. When I got tired of it I cleaned it up with some fast orange hand cleaner. I scrubbed it into the texture of the concrete with a broom and sprayed it off with a hose. It was good as new!
