I am putting a 400 pontiac in a n F1. I have the motor centered on the frame rails ready to mock up the motor mounts. I measured the oil filter side and its approx. 7" to inside of frame rail. The starter side is about 8". Its been so long since I messed with the poncho's, I can't remember if the motor mount bosses are different or rather offset on the pontiac's. Any poncho fans out there??? I feel like dufus but its been a long time.
Most blocks they're the same place on both sides; 70-up can have two positions, '77-up have only the Firebird position on them.
