Hands down The best Monster Garage ever!!!I know that '54 means a lot to you,as you were getting the greatest build team of car builders together..."that car is priceless" I have great respect for you, just watching you with those guys.Seeing how you had to be the student this time, and the respect you gave them.It was a great show...

I tried the street fire link , I had to override the porn blocker at school to see it! The video seemed to freeze several times, so it was hard to watch. I would like to buy or if someone happens to be able to send me a DVD or video , I would really appreciate it. Kids these days dont know these guys & the impact that they have had on hot rods.
We are working on a 1935 Ford pickup and 1967 Caprice as shop projects. The metal shop teacher has a 1930 Ford he is working on , so its interesting working here.

    Thanks, Bill Johnson

I show alot of Monster Garage, American Hot Rod, American Chopper, Rides and what ever I can find from Tv and net. The 54 show was by far the best hot rod show ever, but I cant find it for sale from Discovery. Thanks, Bill

Probably one of the best episodes IMO - It was one of the only ones without all the drama... just a bunch of car guys getting together to build a car.

I just watched it on the fire link. It worked fine for me. It was great seeing it again. Me and my kids would watch every MG when they came out, and were bummed when it left. This was by far my favorite since we were big fans of all those guys. I think this show could have kept going if they were a bit easier on Jess. They needed to take it a bit slower, have more builds like this instead of pounding it into the ground with lame ass builds and builders just to fill an episode. Even Jess looked frustrated and burnt after awhile........Now that I'm inspired, going to lay under my merc.

Chris Rusch, the owner of RMD (our sister company who builds our tube benders) was on Monster garage back in the day. He did the flying car with Jesse.

Apparently this was by far the most inspiring episode of them all, but lets not forget
the Hot Dog Dragster, The above mentioned Carson top Cadi, the 54 Ford wagon,
ruined by Starbirds silly 20inch billet wheels, the VW drag-bug, the woody shoebox
wagon on bronco frame or something and the Semi-truck trike! That was scary crazy!
Then something i remembered just today! The Folsom 69 Impala Low!
I have it at home on my desktop, its a pic taken in a town somewhere while
cruisin laying frame and throwin sparks....kooool!
Unfortunateley all the kool shots i have home, hee are the Lowrider mag ones!:D
If you havent guessed yet i have'em all, most i dont care for but still entertainin.
Its my fav show togheter w/ H/H and Mad Fabs! yes i know its a diffrent
    genre but who cares!

Just wanted to say thanks for posting the link for the video so I could see the coolest 54' built. I also want to thank Jesse for getting all those legends together to build such a wicked ride! I wish there were more shows like that to show awesome builds. It seems like the network t.v. shows got overdone and we lost some cool shows. At least it gives inspiration to gear heads to see something like this. I would love to draw some of the pics on this thread. Anyway I thought it was bitch'n!!

One of my favorites as well. The amount of talent in one shop at the same time is mind blowing. RIP Dick Dean:cool:
