    Carl Knecht, Knecht Equip. Co. Arlington Tx. He did the dash insert and made the 2 gauge panel to match it for me. Heres a link to his website

    Thanks! I made a 3 gauge speedo panel like yours for my sedan, but I didn't even think about a turned aluminum inset panel like yours for the other gauges... Very nice!

    "Hey man, your hood blew off!"
    Get ready to hear those, or any number of sarcastic comments on a regular basis. I've run mine hoodless for over 15 years, and hear it EVERY time I take the car somewhere. I also have Old timers tell me thats how all the "cool guys" ran their 40's back in the day. Those guy's comments always make up for the idiots!

    Yea I can hear it now. I actually do have a really nice full louver'd hood for it, but I am like'n it alot hoodless. Thanks for your comments

    I get the same "where's your hood" **** from people all the time.. those "in the know" are fully aware that hoodless is where it's at. The car looks *****in'.
