  7. Not mine, local paint shop did this Fleetline that we are doing final assembly on. Another builder tried to take credit in a national mag [​IMG] Lets hop re-sizing didnt kill it.

    Crikey, we're off to an early start this week.
    A big thanks for all the positive comments from the last couple of weeks.
    To answer a couple of questions that were posted,
    Most of the work is done on white laminated chipboard that are off cuts from modular kitchen construction. I use 1 Shot for the stripes and usually White Knight "Strokes" for the background.

  30. Lostparts: Awesome artwork, man. Your one of my favs.

    Here's something old, really old. I found this snapshot in a corner of the archives.

    It's a pic of one of my first striping jobs. It's a silver design around the doorhandle of my buddies '70 Chevelle. It was called "Rat Poison" and it was black with rainbow flake, plus a mean big block.

    We also lettered it and I painted Big Daddy's "Rat Fink" on the quarter pillers. It was at the time very cool. [​IMG] [​IMG]

    I posted these just to show there is "Hope" for anyone just getting into this artform.
