French head lights.

    Hi there.A guide how to french headligts Wanted.Lots of pictures please..

    Simply...
    You need steel headlight doors that you can weld on the fender, not pot metal/zinc alloy.
    To be able to replace bulbs, you take the whole headlight bucket ***embly out of the front of the fender and trim it and/or the fender so you can bolt in in from the wheel side of the fender.
    This sometimes entails welding studs in the fender to receive the bucket from the inside.
    Get the headlight bucket relocation resolved before welding the headlight door on the front.
    Adjust the headlight before welding on the trim/headlight door because after it will be hit or miss take it out and adjust and remount , repeat as necessary, proposition.

    (For those who need the glossary; headlight door is the American term for that trim ring part that goes on the fender around the headlight to hide the mounting and adjusting screws.
