230/250 and 292 deck heights

Hey guys,

***le pretty much sums it up. I'm building up a Chevy 6 for a buddy's truck this winter. Does anyone on here know the deck heights for the 230/250 and the 292? I did a search and found quite a few great threads on these engines, but no luck on deck heights.

The 292 block is about 2 inches taller than the 230/250. Otherwise Leo Santucci's book is a wealth of information.

 

230/250 = 9.150
292 = 10.875
