I dig the first one. I love the saucers on the second, but the first one just looks right. your milage may vary. Jay
I'm either way on the wheels, but I have to toss in my 2 cents on the scallops you were thinking about... As much as I like scallops (and the flames on your old 37), I would say leave this one alone. It is just SOOOO damn clean... Toss a few 50# sand bags in the trunk and drive the hell out of it. -Abone.
Lets see it with some single bar flipper caps. Those wheel caps are just plain butt ugly. And it needs to come down a bit too. Otherwise it's one bad ass car
I vote for the 20" Boyd wheels with low profile tires for that "racing" look. Just kidding, the 1st pic os on the money, though either way your car looks tits.
I kinda like the saucers...although the tree looks better with leaves on it! Maybe some old cadillac caps.
yeah guys, THIS is the car he wants to throw those cheesy graphics all over! might as well put a big wing on the deck while you're at it! I like the saucers, cuz they're a little "different", but I think the car is awesome either way (WITHOUT the scallops! ).
I like the caps and rings too but Nimrod has a fine suggestion...57 caddy caps and a 3" lowering job would help too... just my opinion.
I was not a big fan of the saucers that came factory on my olds. So i switched them. I really dig the cap and rings.
I like em both for different reasons. The car as is i'd say caps and rings. If it was lower, saucers. I know it's been way over done really, but ever thought about 4 bars? Deke
Rich, it sounds like caps and rings are the way to go...it's what EVERYBODY else would do! (Dare to be conventional, the line forms to the left.) But I have to agree, I do like 'em....reminds me of my GRANDMA'S car!! Lower, saucers and scallops. That's all I have to say about that.
If it had a reverse rake, I'd say the saucers... With a forward rake, I'd say the caps and rings. I love that car.
