This was my first time to show the car. Would like to have been further along, but just couldn't miss out on the fun. Big thanks to the Chups for inviting all us trailer folks into the party! I also want to thank the HAMB for allowing me to meet so many cool folks! No way I could have made so many good friends so fast otherwise. Grits even put me up for the night at his place and they didn't know me from Adam. Grits your one of a kind bro and Brenda is an angel! Leroy scared the shit out of me, but I think were buds now lol.

What a difference a day makes! Just got the last of my car and bikes covered and locked up in the garage and got trapped out there by the rain! What a party--Weather, tunes, people, vibes--Awesome!
Jill says she is ready for the Thaw...counting the days!
My favorite people I did not know-----Grits, Brenda, and the Garland gang-you too, DJ...thanks for looking me up folks--we need to hang out!
My favorite car I did not know-----Elwoods' Big Wheel A Roadster with 4 legged co-pilot! Loved it!
My favorite experience----seeing Steve, Reggie, and the K's being able to relax and enjoy themselves. We agreed that the whole day reminded of us when the Roundup used to be small and cozy in the football stadium. Thanks for coming up guys.
Eric, thanks for taking pictures so the rest of us don't have to!
Bart, glad to see you always. You were a little more relaxed as well!
Ken Smith-can't believe you have known Dave for 30 years. We love the striping you did on his pan.
Boom-Boom, I love the Int truck. Did not see it until I was leaving but it looked wicked. Thanks to you and all your Club brothers for putting on such a kool event. Now go get some rest and we'll see you at the Texas Thaw!

Thanks for a great show guys...Like everybody else says, you guys are running out of room..but that may have been what made it such a great show. The atmosphere ( big word) was the best part of the show. If you move it, you may lose that feel...

  12. THANK YOU!!! you guys are what make this a great show.i've said it before, but without you guys, it's just the 9 of us standing in a field.

what a great bunch of cars, and it seems the level of builds just keep getting better! i didnt see one death rod out there this year! i'm hoping this trend continues!!

there were so many cars i wanted to give awards too, you guys make it tough to decide!
thanks to BIG KEN,BIG TONY and all the TORQUES, the guys from A.S.S, STEVE,REGGIE,NORM, the YAY-hOO'S, FIDGITER, THEM, GRITS..and everybody else i forgot!!!!!
i really can't express with words how stoked we are that you all take the time to come hang out with us year after year....it really means alot!

i'm sure hami and bubba and boom boom will all be on soon enough to say it better than me, but really folks...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

oh yeah....we're already working on the space issue for next year!!

  14. The show was great! They don't need to move the show, isn't there more room behind the barns? Can't wait until the Thaw.

We really had a great time w/ all of you this past weekend. Reggie, Norm and I came up on Friday and the fun began as soon as we arrived. Great gettin to just hang out for a change and get to visit and catch up w/ everyone. The Jade Idol and Jungle Rockers really kicked it at Dan's on Friday night. The show Saturday was outstanding. Venue was great, weather was great and the quantity and quality of cars was perfect. I want to thank Bubba, Bass. Hami, Boom Boom, The Phathom and all the other Chups, especially Repo ( you the man) for the great time us Kontinentals had. Like I said it was just great getting to hang out and relax and look at great cars and visit w/ everyone. Really felt like I was on vacation. Perfect day, perfect show and I loved all the bands. I know Norm doesn't post on here, but he had a kickass time and was totally blown away by the Area 51 Pick as was Reggie w/ his new Machete, and me w/ the recognition from Repo and A.S.S. Sorry it took us so long to make it up here for this show, but I can guarantee you we will be regulars from here on out. Next year we're bringin a trophy to give away. Reggie's already workin on it. Thanks again Chups......job well done!!!

Started a thread elsewhere before I ran onto this one, but it never hurts to say it again ... The Chups Rule! P&P is the best little (well, not so little any more) car show in Texas! Muchas gracias from all your friends in South Texas.

Drove down from Durant. Excellent show and the variety of cars never got old. Lots of creativity. Raised the bar for the majority of shows in the area.Bands were good too.
