Nice find! Is it an old swedish built car or has it been imported from the states?

And yes I dont think the grill come from this roadster. Another one frome Sweden
won that grill on eBay from Ron. It are a heavy shopt grill too, But the radiator fit a stock grill and the radiator is the one fore the car. So I dont think it never have a chopt grill??????

WOW! Way cool. Always pleased to see someone do an "intervention" on a one time rod. And a roadster as well. Even more important.

Sure glad you got it. You must really like rods to ship it all the way "home". Or am I mistaken and you're here is the USA?

In any regards I see tons of cool rods/people into USA cars in Sweden. A few years back I sold a guy in Sweden a "vintage" in the box old small block chevy tri-power intake from Offenhauser.

    You guys are really "didicated".

Keep us posted. We want to see the photos, etc if possible. Wish you all success.

I lived across the street from "King Dave Anderson" for 13 years. He passed on a few years back. Here is one of his boards and business cards. His daughter is Erica Anderson a movie star. Starred in a film with Nicholas Cage and Jud Reinholt. Movie was called Zandalee. She was in another film called "Quake". He striped seveal cars, trucks and vans for me.

OK before somebody rips me about this not being a car/rod/truck picture I'm aware of that. King Dave Anderson was a well know and talented striper. He also was a fine wood carver, painter and sculptor. I'm very happy to own several of his pieces. Here are just a coupe. DON'T rip me . I know this is a little O/T.

Obviously he is passionate enough to come here telling his story and asking questions in spite of the spelling. Why not honour him and try to overlook that part, complaining about his language won't bring anything new to this thread whatsoever. I thought hotroddish was the language of choice around here.

Good luck, Dusters, I also hope someone will have any info to share about this roadster's history.

Hows your Swedish dickhed??? You do realise that English isnt the only langauage on the planet or even here on the HAMB ?????? Never left the 48 huh???

Great car, awesome score and really hope you find the info on it. Love seeing all these cars drift away from the epicentre and ending up all around the world. Or if they have been built elsewhere all the better. :)

Honor the guy?? Who is he that we should be honoring him? Just saying that the read was very painful thats all. And as far as my Swedish goes, I dont speak it and you wont find me on a Swedish forum trying to type it. And hey Panhead, you spelled dickhed wrong...

Well said! Grandad left Sweden in 1907 and I'm glad Hot Rods are owned and enjoyed in Sweden and all parts of the world. Hope some info on this car turns up. :)
