I found these matching pair license plat frames behind an old shop here in North carolina. The have on the california state auto ***ociation. Does any one know the history of something like this? The both are in good shape and look real cool i think.
I remember these very well, the SoCal AAA sold license plate frames...the older ones said "California Automobile Club of America," and the bottom of the plate said "Good Roads," a reference to the AAA campaign for public spending for better roads before the interstate system.
yea they ae for the bigger license plates, i thought hey where cool also. Ive got 29 coupe im building and thougt one would look cool on it. Trying to build it as a traditional hot rod
AAA of So Cal as been around as long as cars have!!! They also are the Main sponsor of Famosa Speedway! If I have to explain Famoso Speedway ... you just would'nt understand!
