Please help ID this hubcap!

    I was out to the nearest wrecking yard today. There were 4 pickup boxes full of hubcaps from the 40's to the 70's. Some were pretty nice. At $3 per hubcap I should have grabbed some more. Can someone tell me what this hubcap is off of?? It's a 15''

    came off a mopar i think. late 50's.

    i had some of those on a 60 edsel once.

    JC Whitney special,you can tell by the super cheap chrome.

    Looks like an aftermarket imitation of a '61 Dodge (see hubcaps.com)

    It is definitely an aftermarket wheel cover, not OEM........the design a 'composite' of popular styles...........I would guess it is from the '60 - '65 era

    thanks folks! It's heavy enough I never would have guessed aftermarket. I think I found an original one too, but it was rusted totally away except for the spinner, which I kept

    OEM hubcaps are stainless & seldom rust.

    I used the spinner off one of those hubcaps as a bullet in my shoebox grill!

    The rest of it became an aircleaner, hey, it was the right size and the price was perfect, free.
