after doing a search I found Nicks used tire co in houston the
phone number is (713) 692-8510‎ the info I found was from searching this board was from 08, So i don't know if they still do it or not but I will call in the AM...

 

oh where is Dallas are you do you? And do you do them by machine or hand angle grinder?
