A little introduction: I am 35 yrs old, have a beautiful wife. Our first kid is due in March 2010, and I love cars. The initial reason for joining is the Friday ART thread. I have seen nothing short of greatness post their art on the HAMB and I'd like to add a few pieces of my own from time to time. I certainly don't compare to the awesome talent here, but they inspire me beyond words. Beyond that, I saw a traditional "hot rod" on the streets of Pinellas Park, Florida the other day..... caught him at a stop light. When the light turned green, his Pontiac powered hot rod lit up the skinny rear Firestone replicas and instantly, I was in awe. I grew up at the dragstrip... my Dad raced NHRA division 2 Super Gas. I know several people in the Outlaw 10.5 and Top Sportsman ranks. I know a bad *** car when I see one and even those 1,100 HP monsters don't get my pulse racing like a well done hot rod.. I am normally the guy who's E.T. means more than style. I love my car, A 1989 Fox-Body coupe Mustang. I love it, but want to be a part of this crowd. Whether it's my art (****ty by the way) or if it's by building my first "true" hot rod, I am here. Chris

I am going to start doing some stuff that fits in better.
