Ansen wheel lug nuts?

I have these old slotted mags and the holes where the lug nuts go are huge. It seems like there is supposed to be some sort or insert or a stepped lug nut. Any one know about these and where I can get them?

 

It sounds like the wheels you have are Appliance brand, they use a lug nut called a roto-lug that will fit three different bolt patterns. I know where to buy replacements, Call A.D.S. (559)441-0544 Good luck!

Or they just take what is called a mag shank lugnut...should be able to find them at almost any good parts store.
