    Hey y'all,
I am puting a 460 w/ a c6 in my 25 c cab. I have an original front spring from 40 coupe. I am planning on runing a spring behind w/ a suicide perch. Is this spring sufficient? If not any Ideas. Thanks G

I am using an i beam super bell with a 4" drop. I have not measured the spring.

You will find that spring will probably not work as well as you like just because of its length.

I am building a very similar setup, 34 ford, 429/c6, 39 stock front axle and split bones, suicide mount off of the bones. I am finding A LOT of squishy-ness in the spring department. I am currently adding leaves from a different spring. The thing that is most irritating is that I am going to have to spend another $8 - $10 on longer gr8 bolts. Arrrghh

I want the thing to ride stiff but handle better. I am thinking that some of the slop might be taken up tube shocks.
I am curious how your build goes and would like to see pictures.
