My friends father has a 1936 Ford Tudor. When he purchased the vehicle it came with this heater. It is a Hot Wave Master, does anybody know more information about it's origins, years produced, was it an accessory item?
    Thanks in advance.

  3. I have an Arvin that has a rotating/louvered front panel like that one. I'm changing the motor from 6V to 12V.

Definately an aftermarket accesory, Ford only supplied manifold heaters. Dealers supplied aftermarket heaters to customers who wanted them. I think Ford approved or reccomended some brands for dealers to fit.
