Has anyone attempted mixing DCC Concept with DCU 2060 Flexed N Flat Clear in order to achieve a matte finish in one p***?
Do a search. It has been discussed. Conept is awesome single stage BTW, but pretty rpicdey if you are going for the flat look imho.
I used it on my old 1939 Chevy and it came out great. It takes a while to dry and if you bake it I recommend 45 minutes at 145. Try shooting it in even medium coats because if you shoot it to wet it seems to give it more gloss and take for ever to cure believe it or not. Remember to shoot it in a booth if at all possible because you can't wetsand and buff any dirt on the 2060 because it will buff and shine up on you. Hence defeating the purpose.
