As you may have heard, the 8th Annual Hunnert Car Pileup was shut down 5 hours early this year. That means we lost 5 hours of income that would've gone to charity. We're still able to give away a large chunk, but we were hoping for more. We discussed it with Ryan and we thought we could boost our numbers by auctioning off one of the giant Pileup vinyl banners. The car (a survivor hot rod) belongs to HAMBer Roy's Ride.

The banner is approximately 6' x 6' and designed by me and expertly printed by OldBobSign.

The winning bidder gets the banner, AND will get to choose which charity his/her money goes to!*

The Chrome Czars will cover shipping.

*charity needs to be a 501(c)(3) organization, which most are.

Bid early and bid often. Get some kick *** art for your shop, and help out your favorite charity in the process. Auction goes until noon on Dec 11. Viva La Hamb.

Nope. If you didn't get one at the show, you didn't get one. Sorry. :D

This is awesome! Getting you guys all involved directly with the charity donations was a great idea. :)

FYI, since this is going to charity, you can write off your donation at tax time. Help a charity AND help yourself AND get a dang cool piece of garage art! Only 3 exist so it is extremely rare and may be considered "historical" one day. :D

I lost my Mom in 92, my Dad in Nov.07 and my little sister in Dec 08 to cancer. This is a terrible disease & we need to find a cure. So it will go to the American Cancer Soc.

    Congratulations Mike!!

Thanks for bidding and thank you so much for your choice of charity. Lost my Dad to cancer back in '60 when he was 42.

Thanks also to the Chrome Czars for their generosity - you guys rock!
