Check this one out. I built it for the Lincoln-Zephyr Owners Club. The Web site is now about ten years old.

I am a charter member of the Over the Hill Gang San bernardino. Founded in July 1973. 238 current members, with 30 Chapters nationwide, and still going strong after all these years. We follow the path of few rules and having fun. The link to our website is in my signature.

I am not sure why a website is important unless there is a function held by the club. But that's strictly my own opinion towards how we handle our own club. I think that if you want to see us and our cars we should get our asses to more shows and display ourselves that way.

Good luck on the new site though!

We have a website for our club... it was really more of us peeing on the internet to mark our spot than anything else.

Do you feel like it's beneficial? I have thought about it a few times but I just cannot come up with a reason that it would be needed. Even a club as cool as the Choppers from Burbank has a site but after visiting it once, I never have been back on. It's almost like if there is not an agenda then it's wasted time and money. But like I said, that's strictly my own point of view.

Now the FLYERS site is another story. That's just got a ton of cool info and stories. I guess if there is some history then it could be useful.

I have maintained the Lincoln Zephyr Owners Club Web site for over ten years. Check it out: www.lzoc.org

I pretty much let the club members define it. They would ask for a feature and I'd figure out a way to add it. Enjoy...

Yeah, the Flyers site is killer.

I think that the website was really done for our own enjoyment. That and it would have been a drag to see another group of guys grab the name after all the pain of picking it.

The Choppers have a pretty cool Myspace, if I remember correctly.

I dont have a website, but it might be a good idea to google "Website Templates", THOSE are your best friend. I sorta always likes the website in a "newspaper" lay out.

Tell me how the website goes.
