I know u throw a level on a 4bbl intake to set up ur engine. My question is I set my engine up with a 4bbl manifold with the degree built in to it so carb is level and engine bout 3 degrees down.

But when I put on my edelbrock X1 6x2 the intake and carbs arent level on that intake. They are going down with the engine angle

This normal or going to be a problem?

    Thanks

you gotta jack up the back end of the car enough to get the carbs level

the blower on my car makes the carbs sit at an angle too...never had any problems with it that I could blame on that.

Thanks for the help, Even though i dont like it I can deal with the look. I just wasnt sure if a few degrees would be enough to worry about floats etc on the strombergs

Adjust your floats and you'll be good...
