Really nice work on the car, but the frame is too much. Glad you're fixing it. I like the steelies better too. Couldn't help a quick photoshop.

That looks great! The rake looks cool to me, plus gives it its own personality.

Few updates, been talking with Gary at BlackboardHR dropping off my deposit for the highboy 32 frame the 21rst. while its apart gonna paint all the suspension parts and misc stuff gloss black, the body will go to rodrigo for paint gloss black as well, and gonna start finishing rounding up parts to put the rear end together and get all the brake drums built.

    quick question

with the banger rear ends what are our typical options for gear ratios? i need to research the tranny i have a bit more i guess so that i can match the gears up as best as i can.

Before changing the wheels to another size less than 19" which it has you had better flatten the front 2 tires, or just change for naked rims of varying sizes 18, 17, 16, 15, and see how much room there is to the pavement under the bend in that broken-backed frame. Pictures can lie but it looks touch and go to me.
Add in the bounce of the suspension and you might be really scared.

great looking car. I would not have changed a thing about it but I understand that you want to make it your own. Keep us updated with the build

The photoshop that The Figiter did is awesome. You car is really headed in the right direction. Full hood like the one you posted and fixed spined and this thing is going to be rad! Can't wait to see the progress. Oh. the wheels and tires are perfect.

I sure like bare metal cars or trucks, it lets everyone see its scars, modifications and or repairs and gives it that all business / driver attitude. I think your changes are for the better, although i did like it as it was, but i don't think the wheels were up to the task.

    More pics please.

So what ended up happening to the broke back frame? Is it still for sale?
