Custom headers, 2 1/8 to 2 1/4 step header, 4 inch slip on collector, 4 inch exhaust pipe with STS baffels, no mufflers and 4 inch slip on turn downs.

Went to a diesel truck supply house and they had all the pipe pre bent, 4 inch and 5 inch with the pipe expanded, just had to cut the length and weld on the loacating tabs.

Can't believe AV8's/Tardel built roadster hasn't been posted. Best proportioned, smoothest lines and yet practical headers I've ever seen on a fenderless car.

I have been gathering bends, I am going to try to pull these up more level at the collector and add a collector muffler.

    Thanks for posting ideas!

Is it hard to keep headers powder coated white? I really like the look, but I've heard it doesn't age very well.

I'm done! By dumb luck, both sides install/remove with the engine/trans/
starter, bolted in place and by design I can get a box end wrench on every
    header bolt.

There are a lot of real nice pipes here. Any of you guys want to come over when the Morton & Brett gets into the roadster?

Great job! My headers are "performance" units (both) and a PAIN even w/ the motor on stand.

some pics from my collection (of pics).
