Met Reece at an auction today with a butload of A and T parts. A couple of friends scored big, we bought a bunch of stuff. Check the pics pretty cool , the guy who had all the stuff hoarded it for years to only end up as an estate sale. I got outbid on the A sedan but through a trade it is now in the hands of a friend and may just end up for sale, we'll see. I bought the Tall T Truck body, a bed, an A frame, front and rear suspensions, some springs, patch panels, etc. Ha ha I don't even know why just the heat of the moment I guess...

That's a good looking cab there. Weren't you looking for a buick frame? I found a 20 something buick in a junkyard up here, I got a photo of it, pm me if you want I'll have to scan it for you if interested. It had about half a body on it and some fenders too, no cowl or grille.

Sorry man we got the call from another friend and headed out. Really didn't know it was gonna be like that. Hell I almost didn't go. Got the wifes Corvair home and didn't know if I was gonna go. Glad I did though. The prices were mostly fair but there were some dealers/restorers there that went after the better stuff. Next time I'll try to give you a call...

I know one of the guys that got one, but he needed it for his roadster. But if I hear of one I'll try and let you know. The other one went to one of the restorers...

I got a frame, I just need a grill shell now. I'm looking for anything from the 20's to mid 30's.

Yeah I'm torn right now, I have a few things in line in front of it and don't want to deny it it's rightful rodding. I'll probably talk to a couple of the younger guys I know and see if any of them want to take it off of my hands. Who knows... Well I got to go haul the last load home....

Though I do kinda like one like this...

    Yeah I photo-chopped it a bit...

But I was also thinking of a four banger and a five speed.

nice score, those tall cabs I would think would be great to cut the roof off and build a roadster PU or a modified, nice and boxy.

I thought about making an RPU out of it but I got a roadster on the way, figured I'd try to keep it's top on. I was thinking chopping it about 4 to 6 inches and getting the motor form a T-bird turbo coupe for it. I don't know, first I need to concentrate on what I've got going. But I'll probably mock everything up in a corner of the shop just for giggles...
