Thanks for posting a pic of my truck, it ran BB?gas out of Fremont back in the 60's and then went to San Jose (still raced at Fremont), now it resides in M***. I'm currently restoring it for the last time...hopefully!

I had a dream once about a late 40s-early 50s Chevy g***er style truck. Orange, blue windows and white fenderwell headers. Looked pretty good in my sleep.

spotted this one at the vargo drag way reunion

 

Gotta throw mine out there again. big block 4 speed 4.11's gl*** front end, swiss cheese everywhere, old style welded traction bars, tube bumper etc...

 

That looks great! It has all the rights touches. I like the silver stripe.
