Hello all. Been lurking for awhile, time to contribute.

I'm 31, and have had my '51 HT since I was 15. It's been in the family since new, and until recently has been bone stock, but I have decided that's rather dull. I bought a '54 235 and am close to getting it installed. It will be running dual webers on a water heated intake, tube headers. Still need to lower it 2" all around, paint the rims some obnoxious color, and get some wide whites.

In my opinion, hot rodding is about creativity, design, and craftsmanship, and this group has the right idea. I dig anything that someone put some thought and effort into making cool, whether it be a duece or a milk truck.

Go ahead and reprimand me for the copper lines; I'm prepared...

Welcome to the HAMB! I see someone else has already been on your case about the copper lines. They do look kinda cool, though. Looks like a nice inline project. One more thing: how about filling out your profile?

The intake is a new Offenhauser with adapters for the webers. Bought both from Langdon's Stovebolt.

Welcome, nice work on the engine. I have basically the same setup with a 235, dual webers, headers. I want to eventually do hard lines also especially for the water heated manifold.
