Well, I decided to section this thing because I did not like the hood scoop and I began adding a cleaner look to the opening with some round stock. I have got more than this done but my camera died so I will try and get more tomorrow for those who are watching. :D

It still has a hood scoop but not as tall as the original and this allowed me to move the windshield forward 3 inches. I neded to move the opening in the front because of the rear wheel placement.

I done the same thing 50 years ago for my daughter. Good job. I wished I still had her peddle car.

Thing is pretty cool, I might do something to safety up the fins a bit. They look awful mean from where I am sitting. Your daughter is much too beautiful to take a chance.

Buidling a "hotrod" wagon for my 1.5 year old son. Behind schedule and trying to race to get it done as well. Clear in the morning and ***embly Thursday morning. Crossing my fingers. Good luck on yours.

The piece he is working on will be the main piece of the frame for this we ddecided that it should have something strong enough to mount the front end too. He drilled it out first then placed the nut (Lugnut) into the piece of rectangular stock and the he welded it in place. He was very very hapy that I let him do this stuff . It is something to see your kids getting bigger damn they grow up fast
