Wife wants me to wrap presents (not)

Happy wife = happy life

 

Go wrap the presents. And put even more care into the job than anything you touch in the garage! Yes, it could take 4-5 hours if you try that hard, but... how many hours will it take you, in 2010, to pick up your own socks and wash your dirty shorts. That's what she should ***ign your mangy hide if you don't wrap.

Or else, you could put a sign in the yard. "Will trade wife who wants hubby to wrap gifts for what-have-you" ? Beneath that, the sign goes on... "But she washes my drawers, and lets me spend time and money that is half hers on old cars". See how fast the line forms. It will make you dizzy.

 

Your wife is a saint....please tell her I said Merry Christmas and the happiest of new years.

Speaking of that....did you get your future ex-wife a Christmas present this year??

 

Well, I got my chores done, and Christmas was great wishing you all the same, and a Happy new year from me and the family..

 

My wife does ALL the shopping for gifts for the kids and family, mine and hers. So I GLADLY wrap all the presents.

Sitting downstairs with some good metal playing on the radio and mindlessly wrapping presents is a good time in my books...and it keeps the wife happy.
