1946? Ford 226 6 cyl.

I'm trying to udentify a casting nunber on the side of this block which is K19311. Does this mean anything to anyone?

I'm also looking for a good used G series 226 head with the water outlet still on it, three side covers preferably with the studs and hardware and an oil filler cap. Does anyone have any of these to sell?
