    Wheel vintiques offer a steel wheel in 15" with a dual 4 lug pattern 4.25 and 4.5 for about 65.00 a wheel. I'm running a full set of 15X7's

    Ford Maverick or Granada front disc spindles are probably your best bet along with the 8" rear out of same. The Fairlane spindles I believe from one of my old Fairlaner magazines are different in the steering geometry. Convert the car to V8 steering linlkage as well.

    Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back for being the "HAMB Datsun guy". Seems every website I look at shows the 70s Datsun Z cars to being the same 4.5" pattern just like I said, including the website referenced above.:cool:

    Nice Taunus!! :cool:

    European Fords, sold in America as the Mercury Capri{70s} & Mercur XR4, have a 4-bolt pattern that might match{?}

    These wheels also have the same pattern as 1980s Citroens & Peugeot.

    Less luxurious models of the Citroen BX came with neat solid steel wheels, not as fugly as a space saver & it will take a proper tire!:cool:

    I think Dooster might have used them on one of their Cortina based kits?

    Okay, look for a granada spindles.....they'll do the trick...or keep the 6 and run some chrome lug nuts on a soild color steely. That a cost effective route. Your rims are 14 or they should be. I have some soild American racing rims with the rivets around the rim....they came on our 64 fairlane when we bought it. They are 4 lug.

    When I was a kid, I wrecked my '65 Mustang V-8 and replaced it with a 6 cylinder Falcon. I changed the Falcon over to 5 bolt with the Mustang spindles and rearend. The Mustang steering arms had more drop to them and angled the tie rods too much. Ended up with bump steer but I did'nt care. At least my chrome steel slots would fit. Young & dumb, I guess.
