Intake Identification

    I'm trying to "ID" a Chevy intake manifold #3836922 Does anyone know what its for? Thanks

    Okay now I'm scratching my head because this 3836922 intake is on a 216 engine? with fenton split exhaust manifolds.

    It wouldn't surprise me to find a 50 year old intake stuck on a 60 year old engine.

    the 216 and 235 blocks were the same the only difference is the stroke and bore of each of them.

    Thanks I thought the ports were of different sizes?

    Cool! Do you know if I could use a stock 216 Rochester B carb or do I need a larger carb flange.

    The carbs used on 235 intakes had a larger bolt pattern, 2 15/16 from center to center, I believe.
